Pallavi Swaranjali (She/Her)
B.Arch, M.Des, PH.D, OAA Principal Architect & Director
A passionate advocate for sustainable design and equitable development, Swaranjali co-founded Mindful Habitats Incorporated to bridge the gap between community needs and architectural innovation. Her approach blends design excellence with deep listening, ensuring every project reflects the voice of its people. She is the connective thread between our projects and the communities we serve. She coordinates participatory design and brings a sound human-centered and culturally rich lens to all our projects, along with deep technical and code-related knowledge.
Mridul Dubey (He/Him)
B.Arch., MBA, BIM Expert Integrations and Design Innovation Director
With an Architecture and Management background, Mindful Habitats co-founder Dubey excels in technical and material detailing, BIM, financial management, and high-performance design, He ensures that sustainability is seamlessly integrated into every phase of the design process. He is a part-time professor and a poet at leisure. He brings a refined design sensibility and a wealth of project management experience. Known for his calm leadership, he guides projects from early concept to final construction with clarity and care.

While we lead architecture and spatial planning, we often collaborate with interior designers to enrich the sensory and material experience of our projects. These partnerships allow for seamless cohesion between the architectural envelope and interior atmosphere.
Craftsmanship is at the heart of many of our designs. Our collaborators in millwork, metalwork, and digital fabrication translate drawings into finely built realities.
